For tub to shower conversions
Wipe the glass. There is their new shower.
Plenty of houses that sell still have an alcove tub and a curtain rod. We show the new owners the same bathroom with your walk in shower in that alcove, nothing else touched.
From 100 dollars a week for 20 cards. Everything included. Cancel any time.

01 · We read the house
We read the room the way you would.
02 · Reserved to you
Reserved to you. For good.
Sample house · Sold 3 days ago · Built 1989 · Primary bath
When a house near you sells, we read its listing facts room by room for the signs your trade replaces.
1234signs your trade replaces
4 of 4 signs. Then we score the house for your kind of work, and it is reserved to you only if it clears your floor.
Shower conversions sit with bath remodels, so the owners of a house reserved to you hear about their new shower from you and nobody else.
One firm per house and kind of work. Once your card is mailed, that house can never go to another firm in your trade.
03 · Finished in your style
The same shower, finished your way.
Pick a style. The walls, windows and layout stay put. Only your work changes.

04 · Your card
Your logo. Your number. Their room.
Set in real type from what you approve, so a phone number never comes out wrong.
04 · Your card
6 by 9 inches. First-Class.
The back says what you do and carries a plain note that both pictures are illustrations.
05 · Into the mail
Then it goes in the mail.
First-Class, to the house that sold, expected in 2 to 7 business days. We say expected, never "delivered": no mailbox has a scanner, so nobody can honestly tell you the moment a card lands.

Day 5 to 10 · Your phone
And your phone rings.
It rings your own number.
One local tracking number, issued when your campaign goes live and printed on every card. It rings the phone you already carry.
You know before you say hello.
Pick up and you hear "Clearstep Showers, this is a call from your postcard campaign." Then the caller is put through.
Every call is logged.
Number, time and length land on your dashboard, matched to the house that got your card when we can.
Recording stays off unless you switch it on, and callers are told first.
Calls
Every call to the tracking number printed on your cards, matched back to the house that got the card when we can.
Example calls. Every name and number here is fictional.
Spec the shower
Same alcove. The tub comes out, your shower goes in.
The alcove stays where it is. Switch the plan from tub to shower and spec it the way you build it: glass, walls, entry, fixtures, storage.
Same alcove, same drain wall. The vanity, the toilet and the floor stay exactly where they are.

The numbers
One tub to shower conversion pays for 21 weeks of cards.
Every number here is borrowed from a published source and labelled with it. None of them is a promise, and we never quote a call rate, because nobody has measured one for this product yet.
Prepared for tub to shower conversions
| One typical tub to shower conversion | 7,000 dollars |
|---|---|
| Gross profit at a 30% margin | 2,100 dollars |
| Cards that pays for, at 5.00 each | 420 cards |
| Weeks of the 20 card plan | 21 weeks |
Borrowed: a typical tub to shower conversion and a planning margin from HomeGuide's tub to shower cost guide. Derived: our arithmetic. We have not measured how many cards turn into a job, so this is only the point where one job covers the cards.
Year one in a new house
Buyers of existing homes spend about 2.6 times what owners who stayed spend on remodeling one or more rooms.
Borrowed: NAHB special study, Spending Patterns of Home Buyers, 2022, from federal Consumer Expenditure Survey data, 2017 to 2020.
A quarter of bathroom renovators take the tub out, and 82% of them make the shower bigger.
Exclusive · Showers
Reserved, for good.
One house. One kind of work. One firm.
Shower conversions sit with bath remodels, so the owners of a house reserved to you hear about their new shower from you and nobody else.
Never sold to
- Another shower company
- A bathroom remodeler
- A vanity installer
May still mail it
- A kitchen, flooring or basement firm
They sell a different kind of work, so we say so up front.
Enforced by our database, not by a promise in an email: one live holder per house and kind of work, and a house whose card has been mailed is never released to anyone else.
Questions showers ask
Straight answers.
A person reads every message. If yours is not here, ask it on the sample card form below.
01Will a bathroom remodeler mail the same bathroom?
Never. Tub to shower conversions sit with full bath remodels and vanities as one kind of work.
02We sell one day acrylic systems, not tile.
The finished picture follows the work on your own website. The listing only has to show a tired tub and surround; how you build the shower is yours.
03Does the card change the whole bathroom?
No. Only the tub alcove changes. The vanity, the toilet and the floor stay exactly as they are, so the owners see your shower in their own room.
04Which bathrooms qualify?
An alcove or jetted tub, a fiberglass surround, 4 inch tile, a curtain rod or a sliding tub door. Recent walk in showers and frameless glass are skipped.
05I am a dealer for a shower brand.
Some dealer agreements ask for approval before you mail a piece that shows the product. Check yours before your first card; nothing prints until you approve it.
06How fast does a card go out?
We read the houses that sold every business day. A card is usually in the post the next business day after it is reserved to you, and First-Class mail is expected 2 to 7 business days after posting.
07Do I get the buyer's name and phone number?
No. We never sell lists or contact details. The card goes to the new owners at the house, addressed to Current Resident, with your name and number on it, so the call they make is to you.
08Is the before picture one of their listing photos?
No. Nothing printed is a listing photograph. The before is an illustration of their bathroom that we generate from the facts of the listing, and the card says in print that both pictures are illustrations.
