For kitchen remodelers
Every kitchen that sells near you is a kitchen you could build.
We find houses near you that just sold with a kitchen that is due, show the new owners that exact kitchen finished in your style, and put it in their mailbox with your name and number.
From 100 dollars a week for 20 cards. Everything included. Cancel any time.

01 · We read the house
We read the room the way you would.
02 · Reserved to you
Reserved to you. For good.

When a house near you sells, we read its listing facts room by room for the signs your trade replaces.
1234signs your trade replaces
4 of 4 signs. Then we score the house for your kind of work, and it is reserved to you only if it clears your floor.
Full remodels, countertops and backsplashes are one kind of work here, so once a house is yours no other firm selling that work can have it.
One firm per house and kind of work. Once your card is mailed, that house can never go to another firm in your trade.
03 · Finished in your style
The same kitchen, finished your way.
Pick a style. The walls, windows and layout stay put. Only your work changes.

04 · Your card
Your logo. Your number. Their room.
Set in real type from what you approve, so a phone number never comes out wrong.
04 · Your card
6 by 9 inches. First-Class.
The back says what you do and carries a plain note that both pictures are illustrations.
05 · Into the mail
Then it goes in the mail.
First-Class, to the house that sold, expected in 2 to 7 business days. We say expected, never "delivered": no mailbox has a scanner, so nobody can honestly tell you the moment a card lands.

Day 5 to 10 · Your phone
And your phone rings.
It rings your own number.
One local tracking number, issued when your campaign goes live and printed on every card. It rings the phone you already carry.
You know before you say hello.
Pick up and you hear "Hearthwell Kitchens, this is a call from your postcard campaign." Then the caller is put through.
Every call is logged.
Number, time and length land on your dashboard, matched to the house that got your card when we can.
Recording stays off unless you switch it on, and callers are told first.
Calls
Every call to the tracking number printed on your cards, matched back to the house that got the card when we can.
Example calls. Every name and number here is fictional.
The recipe
Their kitchen, one ingredient at a time.
A full remodel changes everything at once, so your card does too. Add the ingredients and watch their own kitchen come together in the style you build.

The numbers
One kitchen remodel pays for 60 weeks of cards.
Every number here is borrowed from a published source and labelled with it. None of them is a promise, and we never quote a call rate, because nobody has measured one for this product yet.
Prepared for kitchen remodelers
| One typical kitchen remodel | 20,000 dollars |
|---|---|
| Gross profit at a 30% margin | 6,000 dollars |
| Cards that pays for, at 5.00 each | 1,200 cards |
| Weeks of the 20 card plan | 60 weeks |
Borrowed: a typical kitchen remodel and a planning margin from published remodeling cost guides. Derived: our arithmetic. We have not measured how many cards turn into a job, so this is only the point where one job covers the cards.
Year one in a new house
Buyers of existing homes spend about 2.6 times what owners who stayed spend on remodeling one or more rooms.
Borrowed: NAHB special study, Spending Patterns of Home Buyers, 2022, from federal Consumer Expenditure Survey data, 2017 to 2020.
Kitchens are what recent buyers improve most: 42% did, more than any other room. And they take their time: renovators plan a kitchen for about 9.5 months, so the card meets them while they decide.
Exclusive · Kitchens
Reserved, for good.
One house. One kind of work. One firm.
Full remodels, countertops and backsplashes are one kind of work here, so once a house is yours no other firm selling that work can have it.
Never sold to
- Another kitchen remodeler
- A countertop shop
- A backsplash installer
May still mail it
- A cabinet painter or refacer
- A flooring or bathroom firm
They sell a different kind of work, so we say so up front.
Enforced by our database, not by a promise in an email: one live holder per house and kind of work, and a house whose card has been mailed is never released to anyone else.
Questions kitchens ask
Straight answers.
A person reads every message. If yours is not here, ask it on the sample card form below.
01Do I get the buyer's name and phone number?
No. We never sell lists or contact details. The card goes to the new owners at the house, addressed to Current Resident, with your name and number on it, so the call they make is to you.
02Can a countertop or cabinet company mail the same kitchen?
A countertop or backsplash firm, never: full remodels, countertops and backsplashes are one kind of work here. Cabinet painting, refacing and new cabinets count as a different kind of work today, so a cabinet firm may still mail that house. We would rather you hear that from us.
03New owners do not gut a kitchen in their first year.
Some do not, and we never promise calls. What is known is that kitchens are what recent buyers improve most, and that they plan them for months. The house stays yours for this work: if they call in month nine, no other kitchen remodeler was sold that house by us.
04My kitchens start at 40,000. Will you send me starter homes?
We choose houses by the room, not by the sale price, inside your radius and the ZIP codes you allow. Leave out the ZIPs you do not want. There is no price floor setting today.
05Can I keep it close to my showroom?
Yes. You set the radius, and you can allow or exclude ZIP codes, so a store that installs can keep its drives short.
06Is the before picture one of their listing photos?
No. Nothing printed is a listing photograph. The before is an illustration of their kitchen that we generate from the facts of the listing, and the card says in print that both pictures are illustrations.
07Will the finished kitchen look like my work?
It is finished in the work on your own website, and nothing prints until you approve the card, with your logo, your license number where your state requires it, and the phone number you confirm in writing.
08How many kitchens sell near me?
It depends on your area, so we count before you pay. Each kind of work has a limited number of places in each area, and if yours cannot fill the smallest plan we tell you.
