Our drawing of a bathroom that just sold, through an arch in a tiled wall

For bathroom remodelers

Same bathroom. Better mornings.

The bathroom is where a new owner feels the last owner most. We find the ones near you that just sold with a dated bath and show the new owners the same room, remodeled by you.

From 100 dollars a week for 20 cards. Everything included. Cancel any time.

01 · We read the house

We read the room the way you would.

02 · Reserved to you

Reserved to you. For good.

Sample house · Sold 3 days ago · Built 1991 · Hall bath

When a house near you sells, we read its listing facts room by room for the signs your trade replaces.

4 of 4 signs. Then we score the house for your kind of work, and it is reserved to you only if it clears your floor.

Full baths, showers and vanities are one kind of work, so a bathroom reserved to you is closed to every other bath firm, for good.

One firm per house and kind of work. Once your card is mailed, that house can never go to another firm in your trade.

03 · Finished in your style

The same bathroom, finished your way.

Pick a style. The walls, windows and layout stay put. Only your work changes.

04 · Your card

Your logo. Your number. Their room.

Set in real type from what you approve, so a phone number never comes out wrong.

04 · Your card

6 by 9 inches. First-Class.

The back says what you do and carries a plain note that both pictures are illustrations.

05 · Into the mail

Then it goes in the mail.

First-Class, to the house that sold, expected in 2 to 7 business days. We say expected, never "delivered": no mailbox has a scanner, so nobody can honestly tell you the moment a card lands.

Day 5 to 10 · Your phone

And your phone rings.

  1. It rings your own number.

One local tracking number, issued when your campaign goes live and printed on every card. It rings the phone you already carry.

  2. You know before you say hello.

Pick up and you hear "Calmwater Bath Co., this is a call from your postcard campaign." Then the caller is put through.

  3. Every call is logged.

Number, time and length land on your dashboard, matched to the house that got your card when we can.

Recording stays off unless you switch it on, and callers are told first.

The tile studio

Set the tile. Their bathroom follows.

Pick the tile, the pattern and the grout, and watch the wall re-lay itself. The bathroom on your card is finished in the tile you set on your own jobs.

Your card's back is a quiet menu of what you do, with their bathroom up close. Three finishes are rendered here; the pattern and grout you pick build the wall beside it.

The numbers

One bathroom remodel pays for 36 weeks of cards.

Every number here is borrowed from a published source and labelled with it. None of them is a promise, and we never quote a call rate, because nobody has measured one for this product yet.

Exclusive · Bathrooms

Reserved, for good.

One house. One kind of work. One firm.

Full baths, showers and vanities are one kind of work, so a bathroom reserved to you is closed to every other bath firm, for good.

Never sold to

  • Another bathroom remodeler
  • A tub to shower company
  • A vanity installer

May still mail it

  • A kitchen, flooring or basement firm

They sell a different kind of work, so we say so up front.

Enforced by our database, not by a promise in an email: one live holder per house and kind of work, and a house whose card has been mailed is never released to anyone else.

Questions bathrooms ask

Straight answers.

A person reads every message. If yours is not here, ask it on the sample card form below.

01Do I get the buyer's name and phone number?

No. We never sell lists or contact details. The card goes to the new owners at the house, addressed to Current Resident, with your name and number on it, so the call they make is to you.

02Will a full remodeler and a tub to shower company both mail this bathroom?

Never. Full bathrooms, tub to shower conversions and vanities are one kind of work: one bath firm per house, whatever it sells.

03The house has two bathrooms. Which one is on the card?

One room: the one the listing shows most in need and that draws best. The house is reserved to you for bathroom work, not just for that room.

04We install acrylic systems, not tile.

The finished picture follows the work on your own website. We only check that the old bathroom needs it.

05Is the mirror a picture of their things?

No. Mirrors are drawn blank on purpose, and nothing on the card is a listing photograph.

06Will a new owner really redo a bathroom right away?

Some will and some will not, and we never promise calls. What is known: bathrooms are the second room recent buyers improve, 33% of them (borrowed: HIRI, 2022), and the house stays yours either way.

07Can I choose the ZIP codes?

Yes: a radius, plus the ZIP codes you allow or exclude.

08What gets skipped?

Recent remodels, large format tile, frameless glass showers and new vanities or stone tops. You get 4 inch tile, cultured marble, fiberglass surrounds, glass block and Hollywood light bars.
